Jonathan
R. Strauss
Mr. Strauss is a co-founder of Premier Real
Estate Ventures. Prior to founding the company, he was the Manager
of National Operations for a specialty real estate developer, personally
responsible for the national rollout of two global retailers in the
United States. While in this position, Mr. Strauss invented a patent-pending
site selection process used to rank the quality of retail sites based
upon projected sales. He was also one of the developers of a proprietary
Real Estate database application specifically designed to manage all
of the phases of retail expansion from site identification to store
opening. Mr. Strauss currently serves as President and Managing Broker
of the Company, overseeing all of the Real Estate Brokerage activites
of the firm. Mr. Strauss is a graduate of the University of Chicago,
with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
Bene D. Dituri
Mr. Dituri is a co-founder of Premier
Real Estate Ventures, bringing over a decade of experience in municipal
permit acquisition, as well as building code and zoning consultation.
As President of Premier Consulting, Inc., he has acquired a broad
base of experience in working with many prominent developers and
national commercial concepts in the Chicago market. He also served
as the Regional Manager of Governmental Relations for a specialty
commercial real estate developer catering to both national and international
retail clients. Mr. Dituri currently serves as Vice-President of
the Company, and is responsible for developing and managing client
relationships, as well as spearheading the permit acquisition and
consulting efforts. Mr. Dituri is a graduate of the University of
Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, with a Bachelor of Arts in Political
Science.
